100% Mataró (Monastrell)
Delving into the Mataró variety with terroir-driven characteristics. The wine is named after a very common bird in our vineyards.
Carmine wine. With aroma that emphasizes notes of candied fruits (plums, dried figs) and orange zest. Delicious wine with an original tannin-acid-sweet balance.
Organic sweet red wine made from local grapes of Mataro. The grapes are left for ripening and harvesting takes place before the process of passification begins. In the early days, alcoholic fermentation begins to saturate the wine with CO2 and thus avoid oxidation. Maceration will be carried out in stainless steel for 6 months to get maximum color recovery. After a light touch, the wine will be bottled. No sulfites or any other product is added throughout the entire production process.
