100% Pansa Blanca (Xarel lo)
The sweetness and acidity of the Pansa Blanca in its most radical way. The wine is named after a yellowish-brown bird with black spots living in areas of scrub next to the vineyards. We can find it in the Serralada Natural Park often singing from the highest branches of the trees.
A wine of golden color. Aromas of dry fruit, nuts and candied fruits like sundried apricots. Syrup flavors perfectly integrated with the dry fruit and nuts. A palate in exceptional acidity-sweetness balance; a fresh and rustic wine.
Organic sweet white wine made in the form of ice wine. An 18-hour cryomaceration is performed to extract aromas from the skin, and then the grapes are lightly pressed. Fermentation at a very low temperature and its termination in a natural way, which allows to obtain a high content of residual sugar. No sulfites or any other product is added throughout the entire production process.
