Without her, none of this would be possible. Her great passion for the land has led us to create this refreshing cava of Mediterranean palate. Straw yellow color. Fresh and expressive, with aromas of white fruits such as peach or apricot, reminiscent of anisette, spices, fennel, rosemary, and balsamic touch together with subtle maturation notes. Cava with a great balance between residual sugar and acidity, resulting in a particularly food-friendly cava. Background of ripe stone fruits, with notes of fresh herbs. Subtle yet long finish with a mineral touch. Pairing – Baked lamb with rosemary, Catalan style beans, Taiwanese fried chicken.
