CIRO tells a history of nature and freedom. Each grape variety, each wine, is identified with a bird whose personality is identified with it. Spain is a usual transit point for migratory birds, many of which choose the Land of Castile as an area to rest and create their own home. That's why CIRO was born, a tribute to these birds that choose us and help us take care of our vineyards. CIRO is the colloquial form, in which the locals refer to the song of the birds at dawn. Each species of bird has its own ritual and song, and the CIRO range includes the most traditional birds in the area of the Land of Castile.

A young wine with a very intense purple hue mixed with bluish tones proper of its youth and vitality. It is penetrating in the nose, with standing out shades of red fruits and fruits of the forest. In the mouth it is fleshy, tasty, and fatty, leaving an aftertaste persistent in the time, emphasizing the aromas of fresh red fruit in the retronasal passway.
