The first cava ever made without the addition of sulfites. Bruant is a bird that lives in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, where the vineyard is located
A pale yellow wine with small bubbles. Aroma is floral, white fruits (pear, green apple) and green almonds with a delicate background of burlap and hazelnuts. The palate is light and fresh through the mouth with highly integrated and persistent vesicles.
Cava made from grapes on organic and impeccably healthy lands from which the base wine is obtained and before the completion of the first fermentation it is subjected with the “Méthode Traditionelle”. Raised on lees, between 15 and 24 months, it enters the market without expedition liquor. Throughout the entire production process no sulfites or any other product is added.
