In this aged red everything is balanced: the aromatic notes resulting taken from the French and American oak barrels, the rounded tannins, and the variety of aromas bringing fruitiness and freshness. As in nature, everything is in harmonious order. ‘Silvestre’ means what comes naturally. As its name suggests this wine is original, genuine, and uncomplicated.

Ruby red with a violet rim. Powerful, with a good combination of red fruits and spicy and toasty notes from the barrel. Pleasant, well-balanced with round tannins (soft, subtle, and fine-textured) which linger in the mouth. Works perfectly with heavier dishes, such as stews, and meats such as rabbit, lamb, and beef. The perfect match for Mediterranean gastronomy.
