Tasting Notes

It is a slightly orange-colored rose that reflects the calcareous character of the soil. Light, but very fresh and with a bitter and slightly salty finish. In preparation is a red in which the marked acidity of the variety is even more evident and with a more herbaceous character.
Ideal to take with: cheeses, cold cuts, fish, seafood, white meats and even barbecue since it is a rosé with depth and body.
