Detailed Information

Tasting Notes

Very fruity wine proving its Valencian origin, sunny and warm. In the mouth everything is the same: tasty but not overloaded leaves a very long ripening aftertaste. Ideal for dishes with chicken, fish, oysters, shellfish, mussels, pasta, desserts, salads, cheeses and semi-finished products.

Production Features

It is a mixture of the existing varieties on the farm, Bonicaire and Monastrell. The bonicaire grape is a 72-year-old 7-hectare plot. This same plot is divided into two, of which 4.5 hectares are for the Lloma and 2.5 hectares are for the Panxut, divided by a slope. The Lloma part has a little more clay than the Panxut part, the sandy loam texture being predominant. Then, the Monastrell, comes from a plot of 8.5 hectares of 50 years approx. of age from which we select the part of the Lloma. It has a sandy loam texture with a limestone crust at a depth of two meters.
