Tasting Notes

The aroma is attractive, with a noble weight of fresh fruit, with hints of citrus, some lemon pear, and some melon. In the background, there are notes of fresh bread dough and some mineral memories. The palate is interesting, with a fairly well integrated carbonic, excellent acidity, and an agile and lively mid-palate. Quite long. Retronasal again with hints of bread dough.
