Freshness, boldness, and openness to another world. The wine is named after the common blackbird Merlam and lives amongst oak trees and vineyards, nourished by berries and grapes.
A cherry-colored wine. Good aromatic intensity, in which the aromas of fruit (blackberry) and licorice with subtle notes of aging in well-integrated barrels stand out. Its acidity makes it a fresh wine. Soft and meaningless tannins that provide a pleasant and lasting passage of the mouth.
Organic red wine made from grape parts without processing in the vineyard. After maceration - fermentation for 20 days at 25 ° C in a wooden bath, the grapes are slightly pressed and the wine is placed in barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. After 3 months, it is bottled. No sulfites or any other product is added throughout the entire production process.
