From the group of organic vineyards in the village of Higueruela, we have selected this wine that represents the whole mosaic of the highest altitude vineyards cultivated in the Almansa Denomination of Origin. We transmit in this wine the freshness, acidity and aroma of the wines produced by the Garnacha Tintorera of Higueruela in a natural way, elaborated with the minimum intervention in the winery and respecting its organic and vegan production.

Intense violet color. Aroma of ripe fruit, fresh with toasted oak notes. Smooth in the mouth, with balanced acidity, sweet and tasty tannins. Very versatile wine that goes well with all kinds of dishes. Ideal with tapas or on its own. Recommended for vegetables, pasta, rice, sh and desserts. Serving and storage temperature between 15º and 16º
