The wine has a cherry red color with pomegranate hues. The aroma is an interesting combination of very ripe almost pacified fruits (dried apricots and prunes) on the background of sweet wood aromas (coconut and vanilla). This very light wine leaves an astringent smack of tannin in the mouth, and the aftertaste is dominated with the sweet aromas of the new wood. Ideal for poultry and soft cheeses.
