It is a Biodynamic Garage Wine made in Onteniente (Valencian Community). We use alternative production methods, eco-winemaking and we have restored to non-radical biodynamics with a minimum sulfite content (3 times less than allowed by the regulations). This project is about 5 wines that come from different parcelas.
Gaspi, a Persian name that means "treasurer", shapes the unique techniques used by our enologists in creating this finely embodied wine, made with grapes grown on specially selected lands called "parcelas".
