We carefully carry out the maceration in contact with lees in suspension. “This malvasia is like the actresses who always plays a supporting role and suddenly, when she is allowed to be the protagonists, she wins the Oscar for the best actress", says Pablo Ossorio.

Our delicious Malvasia wine shows a bright greenish-yellow color. It has a high-intensity aroma that reminds us of ripe fruits; such as red apples, peach, lychee with a floral background of orange blossom. It tastes of ripe fruits, with good structure.
