Aware of the increasingly common tendency to produce sweet and exotic Verdejo wines, we have specially selected the vineyards and winemaking techniques in an attempt to remain loyal to the character of the variety and the elegant style of our wines.
Our journey as winemakers began with this Verdejo wine. Those first 2,000 bottles caused a sensation and remain as a guide for the style of our Verdejo: elegant and deep, somewhat austere, like the land from which it comes.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow wine, with an iron overflow, pure and bright color. The aroma is of medium intensity, very varietal and enveloping, emphasizing the memory of hay, dry straw, fresh white fruits, dill, freshly cut grass and light memories of the laurel. The taste is dry, tasty, vibrant, with volume, balance and good durability. The step is smooth and happy, demonstrating its refreshing acidity. The aftertaste reveals the whole character of the old vine: a pleasant and delicate grassy sensation (fresh grass, dill), which lengthens its resistance and leaves an elegant taste memory. Pairing: oily fish and shellfish (shellfish, shells, mussels, salmon, sardines, mackerel), snacks, fatty cheeses, meat and pastes.
