Project

This is the youngest wine at the winery. Its name is reminiscent of the Emperor Tiberius, nicknamed by his troops as “Biberius” because of his passion for the wine of this land.
Every year we make it with the Tempranillo grapes from our vineyards of Los Silos and Carrapiñel, certified as organic, together with the wine made using the grapes of other traditional vineyards of the Ribera del Duero. Biberius shows the fruity, lively and busy character of the Tempranillo variety.

Detailed Information

Tasting Notes

It has an intense aroma of cherries, raspberries, blueberries, elderberries, has a restrained sensation of sweetness, the fruit of a good ripening grape. Its brief aging in oak brings memories of vanilla, chocolate and caramel to this wide fruit set.
The charm of young wine is felt in the mouth. Its juicy acidity, thin tannins and middle body are well balanced, making it easy to drink. All its aromas are valued intensively: red fruits and creamy oak notes appear, as well as memories of scrub and licorice, which provides a great complexity of decoration. The taste is fresh and smooth, demonstrates good durability on the palate. Pairing: tapas, white meat, delicacies and cheeses.
