Malvar grape is the last one to be harvested. Its cicle is very long and it is not very expressive. That is the reason we decided to ellaborate a kind of orange wine, macerating the skins trying to get some complexity. It reveals the character of the soil perfectly with a balanced acidity that makes it very easy to pair with a lot of different kinds of food.
