Detailed Information

Tasting Notes

A very aromatic wine, where quince, chamomile and something like very soft vanilla are felt. The taste is long and creamy, although not without freshness. With a long finish, which very clearly tells us that this is sunny wine.
Ideal for dishes of good rice, delicious fish and mushrooms.

Production Features

The plot has 1.2 hectares of surface, about 55 years old. The type of soil is also albariza, but it is 1.5 meters deep with a limestone crust that gives it a lot of personality and maturity, having a very good acidity for aging. It is located at 450 m above the sea.
