Black as midnight, deep dark cherry-red color with nice blue rings and an intense red hue and long legs. Dense and clean. Extraordinary complexity starting with blackberry and licorice, violets, cassis, plum, and continuing with spice like cinnamon and incense, pink pepper accents, delicate chocolate, and toffee notes. Nice balsamic Chinese ink hints. Magnificent, long, velvety, very well balanced, elegant, and driving on the finish. Pairing grilled red meats, the game of hair, aged cheeses.
