Tasting Notes

Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is cleaned and put into slow-roasted oak barrels for 6 months so that it confers smoothness and persistent body on the palate as well as a very subtle toasted aroma of the wood. Intense straw yellow color, with an expressive and complex bouquet, powerful and elegant. Soft, round, and fresh on the palate.

Production Features

With vineyards located in the land of Castilla, 800 meters above sea level, and with a perfect daytime temperature to enhance the aromas of wine, we achieve an exceptional product. Good wine is not born only from grapes; hundreds of processes revolve around its elaboration and all of them make our ISABEL PERALTA the flagship of the winery, always working with limited editions of less than 2,000 bottles each. Aged in French and American oak barrels with times defined by the winemaker, who works together with a panel of tasting experts and the family sommelier. All the details matter. That is why we take care of each step of the manufacturing process and individually wrap each of our bottles with marking paper to avoid dust during their long aging in the bottle.
