Tasting Notes

Intense black colour, brilliant with blue borders. Delicate but firm, opulent, fresh and robust, a great combination of black and balsamic fruits with aromatic herbs. Very fresh entrance with sliding texture, ripe black fruits, small touch of fresh jam, intense flowers and well polished tannins that transport us to a very long finish. Intense aftertaste that is growing little by little. Ideal with all types of meat.
