Tasting Notes
Deep red cherry, intense bouquet, spicy hints of vanilla and licorice. Fine and matured tannins. Food pairing: Red meat dishes, such as roasts, game, and stews. Cured cheeses.
Production Features
Made using Ull de LLebre (or Tempranillo in Spanish), which is the predominant variety in the area and produces light, fruity red wines, Our winemaker has also gradually introduced Merlot into the wines to bring them finesse and aromatic nuances, resulting in strong color and texture and wines which are ideal for aging in oak barrels.
