The most expressive out of all of our white wines, every care is given to our Malvasía grapes that come from vineyards which were planted by our Grandparents Librado and Fermín. The five months that the wine spends in a new oak barrel gives it great complexity and ripeness which makes the wine prefect to pair with any dish.

Tasting Notes

Wine color is intense greenish yellow with glints of gold. Aroma is floral, hints of fruit and notes of white flowers and ripe stone fruit with enveloping sweet, menthol undertones. Palate is pleasant, unctuous and striking in the mouth. Powerful and honeyed. Pairing: Accompanies appetizers, oily fish and meat.
