It has a suggestive intense garnet color with violet reflections. On the nose, it gives off a cartload of fresh red fruits reminiscent of red cherries and currants, after a while the more herbaceous aromas of the Mediterranean forest such as thyme and rosemary, as well as a floral point of violet gain presence. In the mouth, it runs through the palate with a good texture and volume thanks to silky and well-defined tannins. It has a good freshness and some final memories of licorice, red pepper, and carnival caramel. A good companion for all kinds of meats, stews, and rice dishes, as well as soft goat cheeses. Between 14 and 16ºC.
