Has a pale yellow color with golden reflections. It is intense on the nose, with seductive aromas reminiscent of flowers and ripe white fruits such as nectarine, with a refreshing hint of mint. In the mouth, it is bright and electric, with a good average taste and great freshness. Leaves an aftertaste with notes of ripe white fruit pulp and citrus zest. Perfect to accompany sea and mountain rice, vegetable creams, and pasta dishes. Between 6 and 8ºC.
