Has a delicate golden color with light green reflections. The aroma is aromatic and seductive with notes of white flowers such as orange blossom, hints of lemon zest, and ripe white fruits such as apricot and peach. In the mouth, it has a pleasant and wide penetration, followed by a silky texture, good tension, and freshness. The finish is marked by aromas of citrus and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary. Ideal to accompany pasta and legume salads, smoked fish, and white meat. Between 6 and 8ºC.
