High-density wine with deep yellows hues and hints of gold and the presence of abundant and persistent legs. Very complex nose with hints of ripe fruit and nuts. Initially pleasing, it is balanced, dense, and creamy in the mouth, with a long and lingering aftertaste, with toasted nuances.

制作特色

This wine was made from the Ca n’Estella state Xarel·lo grapes, grown on over 60-year old vines. The grapes were harvested by hand at the perfect moment of ripeness. It was made through a mix of the most cutting-edge and most traditional techniques. The grape was immediately pressed without de-stemming or crushing, with a 55% yield, then underwent static racking for 48 hours. The must be then poured into barrels, where it will continue to ferment at 14ºC for a month. Aging continued in the same new French and Hungarian 400 lt oak barrels. The wine was left in contact with the lees and batonnage was practiced.
