Tasting Notes

On the nose, we find notes of autumn, humid forest, balsamic and spicy. Black fruit. Nice entrance in the mouth, elegant and fresh step. Medium tannicity.

Production Features

Our 100% Bastard Negre, from Les Terrasses del Serral on the west side of the property whose vines are over 40 years old on very poor limestone soils. A red wine fermented in an open barrel.
