Tasting Notes

Pale straw-yellow color with golden hues. Complex and elegant nose, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, melon and banana. Also pleasant floral hints with overtones of dried fruits. Long and full-bodied on the palate, with a good acidity. Flavours of apples, citrus fruits, melon and honey. Woody aftertaste with scents of toast and caramel.

Production Features

Organic White wine fermented in oak barrel. Hand basket-picked harvest. Aged sur lie with battonage for five months.
