Cava Rabetllat i Vidal is a premium sparkling wine made with the grapes grown in our own vineyards at the Ca n’Estella Estate. Tradition and family knowledge play an important role in the quality of these spectacular cavas.
Cherry red, with a good mousse and fine, elegant bubbles that form an even, persistent bead. The nose is good with hints of ripe fruits, notably strawberries. A soft bubbly sensation in the mouth, fine and elegant bubbles. Balanced acidity. Rich and persistent flavor with a pleasing finish.
This cava was made from the Trepat and Garnatxa grapes. The wine was made using siphoned must (flower must) and then immediately pressed pulp. It was left to separate for 36 hours and once the solid particles were removed from the must, the fermentation process began.
