Cava Rabetllat i Vidal is a premium sparkling wine made with the grapes grown in our own vineyards at the Ca n’Estella Estate. Tradition and family knowledge play an important role in the quality of these spectacular cavas.

This cava was made from the Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Xarel·lo grape varieties, all of which grown on the Ca n’Estella Estate. The grapes were harvested at night to avoid oxidization and intense heat of the day. They were then partially destemmed to maximize the results of the pressing process. The cava was left for at least 24 months in an underground cellar to undergo its second fermentation and to age.
