The color is lively and bright, cherry red with violet trim. The youth and freshness will surprise you. Aromas are in movement, it gives off ripe fruit aromas and touches to caramel, coffee, and vanilla. Flavors of fruits and cream caramel are notorious. Ideal with Beef, Pasta, Veal, Poultry.
