Our amazing Fan D´Oro was planted in our terroir since the very first year. While Chardonnay is not a recognized white grape within D.O. Ribera del Duero, this wine shows the expression, the adaptability, and magnificence of Chardonnay grapes in the land of Reds.

Tasting Notes

Clear and bright, straw yellow with a golden edge. High aromatic intensity, Floral and white fruit hints, honey, figs, and apple compote, mixed with toasted bread and dried fruit. Complex and very fresh nose at the same time. A sharp attack due to the freshness that shows its excellent acidity, we are with honeyed and unctuous expressions that bring a certain meatiness. In the finish, a multitude of oral nuances stands out, opening to smoky aromatic memories and a great fruity expression of the enormous personality of the terroir.
