Tasting Notes

Colour: Light yellow with some green reflections, brilliant and very clean. Nose: Floral notes, honey, citric and sweet fruits with light toasted touches typical of good crianza. Palate: The wine presents itself on the palate of medium body and well balanced. This is followed by fine citric tones on the mid-palate, along with a light taste of new wood. The aftertaste is long-lasting and persistent. Ideal drinking temperature: between 7℃ and 10℃ Pairing: Aperitifs, fish, light seafood and white meat and rice dishes.

Production Features

Created from a grape from a unique cru, in vines with limited production and over 50 years old. As such, 1,000 bottles of this unique white wine are created each year. After fermentation, it is aged in a barrel for 5 months.
