The wine is dark cherry red. Juicy aromas of red fruits such as raspberries and gingerbread aromas prevail. Silky and rounded in the mouth, with thin tannins, elegant with a long and fruity finish with floral notes.
It goes well with pork and veal dishes baked in dark sauces, grilled meat, lamb and bird or hard cheese.
